My favourite iPhone apps
I have a number of iPhone apps now, and here are some of the ones I like the most:
- Pandora – Great for listening to Pandora music
- Google – Voice search is amazing.
- Pano – Takes panoramic photos.
- Rooms – IRC client
- FStream – internet radio
- Public Radio – internet radio
- Wikipanion – wikipedia
- WordPress – Manage a WordPress blog
- NYTimes – Read the Times
- iSSH – SSH client
- WiFinder – Wi-Fi stumbler
- Tris – Tetris clone
- Galcon – great arcade/strategy game
- Labyrinth – marble game
- iTalk – excellent recording app
- AquaForest – just plain fun physics sandbox
My faves outside of those:
Uno – play Uno (online & local multiplayer)
JellyCar – you introduced me to this one! It’s just fun.
Things – great to-do software
Sol Free – free, good solitaire
CityTransit – great MTA maps
Facebook – good for Facebook!
Twitterific – I know you <3 twitter!
Now Playing – good for movie listings
Yelp – reviews for restaurants (and ones nearby!)
What I want to see?
A Risk clone
A good AIM client
A native ZipCar app
